How Alfred works.

From onboarding to live investor conversations in 48 hours. Here's exactly what happens and how Alfred handles every type of inquiry.

The process

Four steps to live.

1

You submit the onboarding brief

Fill out our structured onboarding form with your company details, key financials, IR team contacts, upcoming events, and any press releases you want Alfred briefed on. Takes about 20 minutes.

The form captures everything Alfred needs: company identity, financial data, analyst coverage, IR calendar, and press release content. You can add more at any time.
2

We research and configure Alfred

The 58th Street Digital team reviews your submission, pulls your public filings from SEC EDGAR, verifies financial data, and trains Alfred specifically on your company. We QA every response category before delivery.

This is where the white-glove service matters. We don't just load your form — we research your recent earnings calls, analyst reports, and news mentions to make Alfred genuinely knowledgeable about your company.
3

You review and approve Alfred

Before going live, you get a private preview link to test Alfred yourself. Ask him anything. If any response needs adjustment, we fix it immediately. Most clients approve within a few hours.

We run Alfred through our standard QA checklist: financial accuracy, escalation triggers, sentiment detection, callback routing, and compliance language review.
4

Alfred goes live on your IR page

You receive a branded Alfred page at your custom URL. Embed it on your IR website, link it from press releases, or share it directly with investors. Alfred is on duty from that moment forward.

Each time you release material news — earnings, M&A, product launches — send us the press release and we update Alfred within a few hours so he's ready before investors start asking.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

How long does onboarding take?
The onboarding form takes about 20 minutes to complete. Once submitted, we configure and QA Alfred within 48 hours. Most clients are live within two business days of submitting.
What happens when Alfred doesn't know the answer?
Alfred is trained to acknowledge uncertainty honestly rather than speculate. If he can't answer a question from public data, he says so clearly and offers to connect the investor with your IR team directly.
How do you keep Alfred updated after earnings?
After each earnings release or material announcement, simply send us the press release and updated financials. We update Alfred's knowledge base within a few hours — typically before the market opens the following morning.
Can Alfred make statements that create regulatory issues?
Alfred is specifically trained to cite only public information and never speculate on non-public matters. He includes appropriate disclaimers and routes sensitive questions to your IR team. We recommend a compliance review for each deployment, which we facilitate.
Who sees the callback requests Alfred generates?
Verified callback requests are sent directly to the IR contact email you specify during onboarding. You receive the investor's name, institution, professional email, and the question context — everything you need to prepare for the conversation.
